It's becoming increasingly difficult for me to tell whether the author is actually taking this story somewhere, or merely piling more and more coincidences and weird plot turns on top of each other in an attempt to create a complex story line. There aren't really any answers to anything yet, just a bunch more questions. That kind of thing is fine when running a role playing game, but this is published fiction. It would be nice to have something, anything at all, make sense. I'm still interested enough to continue reading the next few volumes I've checked out from the library, but I'm going to be annoyed if there isn't some resolution of at least one thread. How the hell do people read this as a monthly title? With a story that is non-linear and a writer that really likes what-the-fuck moments, it's almost impossible to keep up with what is happening here. The art is still solid. The dialogue is a little stiff in this arc, but there are moments of genuine natural conversation. I'll keep reading the series, but I'm not hopeful for a resolve that makes sense.
Do You like book Morning Glories, Vol. 3: P.E. (2012)?
Loving this series! It might....just might fill the void when Locke and Key ends.
