I can't speak for her other books but I did not enjoy Moonlight Cove. I listened to the audiobook and didn't like the reader but I trudged on because the reader doesn't define the book as a whole. The plot just became tedious. I became exasperated with the relationship between Jess and Will. The fact that Jess has attention deficit disorder (ADD) seems to be a HUGE part of the book. ADD is so common now, I guess I didn't understand why her family made it seem like she had "problems." Honestly, I don't know why I keep punishing myself with this series. I loved LOVED!!! the Cedar Cove series but this one just keeps annoying me. I am pretty sure I couldn't like Jess less than I do. If I read ADD one more time, I was probably going to throw my ereader out the window. I very quickly skimmed the last 30 pages just to get it over with and yet sadly, I will probably keep reading the series, but I'll be finding the books as cheaply as possible, that's for sure.
Do You like book Moonlight Cove (2011)?
It was great to see Jess overcome her challenges and gain a better ability to trust and love.

I felt that other books in this series had better plot and flow.
