Not as good as Mitchell and Julie but they weren't that far behind. I liked that they had a sense of humor about their situation and eventually made a public and private relationship. Jake was the epitome of a spoiled kid who was outgoing, confident with a bit of cockiness and charming. Grace was the hopeless romantic who got burned and tried to pretend to leave it all behind and be a cynic. She tried, but a true romantic stays a true romantic no matter what! Good thing she was smart about it. By the end, which I now noticed with the past two books, it was all predictable. Don't expect too much. I saw the big gesture way before the conflict and I was ok with it. The book kept me entertained the whole weekend so it was all good. Can't wait for Riley and Emma's story! I love this series, it is funny, sweet, sexy and romantic. This is Grace and Jake's story. Grace and Jake are assigned to work together for their magazines a hesaidshesaid column who knows who best men vs women. We get plenty of flirty banter between Grace and Jake and then they soon hot up when they start sleeping together. Loved the last chapter predictable but still sweet.Read all 3 in this series and I can't wait for Emma and Alex's story The Trouble With Love next year.
My new favorite series... love all the stories & the witty humor!!!
