Amazing book! Like the Bible itself, this is a great "life manual" for women both young & old. I read this book very slowly, careful to absorb & digest every single nugget of wisdom Pricilla Shirer presents in its pages. Her writing speaks to me and I am super thankful that this book is now a part of who I am. I urge you to read this and to share it ~ this book would make a great gift for the women in your lives. This book really gives you things to think about and suggestions about how to put them into practice as a Christian woman desiring to serve God, your husband, your kids -- or even if you're single -- the people you come into contact with every day. Each chapter deals with a particular issue we as women face or struggle with. Some of it for me served as a reminder, but some of it were new realizations for me. Each chapter ends with a Resolution (and intentional action or belief) you can make in your life. The book is designed to make you a Godly woman who leaves a godly legacy for those coming after you, or for those around you to follow. Very good. Recommended reading.
