About book La Libreria Degli Amori Inattesi (2011)
Book lover Anna takes over Longhampton's bookshop, it's her dream come true. And not just because it gets her away from her three rowdy stepchildren and their hyperactive Dalmatian.I really enjoyed this book and a few sentences really jumped out at me...“Just in case” was Becca’s motto. Anna often wondered if Becca had always been such a worrier, or if the divorce had made her look for disaster round every corner."Was Michelle’s mother right—that women who walk out on perfectly good marriages, looking for greener grass, “have that desperate air about them?” I was really surprised when I took the first book in this series as summer book last year easy to read perhaps not so good. But I was proven wrong, I really liked it and although the first one is still my favorite Lucy Dillon is really good at writing a feel good book that you both want to finish and to never end. Her characters is so real to me in a good way and you feel with them and sometimes rage on them. You smile, laugh and get annoyed with them and for me that is a sure sign of a good book.
