I wanted to like this book, I really did but I don't know what it was about it but I just couldn't get into it at all. It was a struggle just to finish it. I wish I could say that it was the writing or the characters or something that I could just put my finger on but honsetly it just wasn't something that I could say was main reason.The writing was okay, although sometimes the way she had the characters talking was just completely annoying (IMO). I wouldn't recommend this to anyone it just wasn't for me at all. I finally gave up at about halfway through the book. I think that humorous romance books are just not for me (Molly Harper's werewolf book didn't work for me either). I don't really find it funny, the humor seems forced most of the time, and I'm not invested in the characters.I was mildly curious what happens in the end, but I put this down for a few days and now have no desire to pick it up again.
Paranormal romance beach read, etc etc. You know what you're getting when the book is pink, right?
