not good. I was hoping for an escapist chick lit book to help me run away for a bit a la Sophie Kinsella. This is not it. super bad and any person who has been married longer than a year or been in any relationships for an extended period of time will quickly see the authoress has a 'problematic' perspective on love. This is slightly more intellectual and less sexy Danielle Steele. I feel a little ashamed actually especially since my husband is finishing War and Peace. I was really excited to read this book on my vacation, but it was a let-down. This author has a lot of books set in different locations around Europe, which was really appealing to me since I love to "travel" by reading. The descriptions of the people and places were great and really brought the characters and setting to life. But, the dialog was cheesy and the story line wasn't that believeable. Everything just seemed to work out in the end without a really good description of how things fell into place. It seemed like the overweight, going-through-a-divorce friend lost 30 pounds and moved in with a new boyfriend within about a week!
I didn't like this one as much as the last one but it still had it's moments. On to the next one!

What has happened to her writing? I used to like her books but this was just trash.

Boring. Didn't finish it. I usually like Elizabeth Adler but this book was bad.
