Dom and sub books aren't really my thing, but the Market Garden series keeps getting such good reviews and I like LA Witt's writing, so I wanted to read this book. I liked the fact that the main character Spencer was black. I wasn't expecting that. I appreciated the diversity. The relationship between the two men and their developing feelings for each other interested me more than the whole pain/pleasure kink. I really liked this book, so 4 stars it is. This is longer than #1 and #2, and we follow Spencer's first visit to Market Garden. There he meets Nick who we briefly met in #2. And the story takes off from there! The story is told by Spencer's POV. Can't wait to read #4, in which their story continues. #4 is told by Nick's POV. I very much recommend this book if you want to know Market Garden better.
I'd love to read Nick + Spencer but it has BDSM. It's not my cup of tea. Sorry.
