This book features Callum and James who we met only briefly in a previous book; Callum is James' chauffeur and previously featured in a story where he picked up Nick from Market Garden. Callum can see James isn't happy and that he uses Market Garden to help with the stress of his job but he thinks in the long run it's not good for James. After an awkward night where lust wins, Callum decides he wants to learn how to give James what he needs and turns to Market Garden and specifically Nick to help. The characters are well formed and the story is well written; I like the writer's sense of humour too for example Callum was turned on at an awkward moment but "nothing a few thoughts of Margaret Thatcher in a negligee couldn't remedy."All the books in this series have non complicated, fairly simple plots which revolve around the characters growing, exploring their sexuality and love. It's a combination that really works. Cal has been driving the limo and watching his employer, James, take rentboys home for over a year. He's also been hiding, even from himself, how jealous it makes him. One night James fails to hook up with the man he was looking for, and turns to Cal instead. It's wrong as employer and employee, it makes working for James really awkward, but Cal can't help wishing and doing everything he can to make it happen again. There is surprising sweetness in this story of two men finding their roles in a new-to-them BDSM relationship. Nick and Spencer also appear, with Nick's trademark swagger. This story had less heated chemistry (although still plenty), and felt like it moved almost too fast into smooth waters. I'd have liked a longer learning curve. But it makes a solid, sexy addition to the series, with a little lighter SM component than some others.
