I liked the interaction between the leads and the lead's family other then those ppl the characters were horrible!.The employees were awful! There was no real explanation for why these long time employees would be so reluctant to having the boss' son take over the business aside from him being young. This was a guy that grew up in the office, spending time with the workers, they knew him & he knew them. So calling him 'boss boy' (the nicest nickname), challenging his decisions, listening in on his phone convos, sneaking into his office to look in his desk & on his computer just didn't make real sense. And Tom the female leads father, what a piece of work! Even though the concept remind me a movie that I've never truly watched it was a nice book...And got more interested toward the end and a little bit rushed...I struggled with the daddy issue most of the times...Didn't understand why the dad didn't like his younger boss...Apart the fact the Braxton was around 25 years his younger he never really gave him a reason to dislike him, but I guess if this wasn't happening we wouldn't had a story...
