I loved it! This book is awesome. I practically falling all over Boston. I mean, sure he's annoying at first because he's demanding for custody yet didn't realize that he hurt Ellie so bad. But in the end, I loved his determination and his tender heart. I loved how Ellie survived and teaching Cassidy to be a very good girl. So yeah, this book is wonderful. I haven't read the first book of the series, but I understand just fine. Looking forward to read the first installment. Linda Kage continue to amaze me. Seriously. :))) I enjoyed reading this book a lot and serves him right, I mean Boston, for missing out on his kid's early childhood. After all he was such a super jerk. Easy for him to say that he wants the kid now on hindsight, but i doubt he would have felt the same way in the past.I mean truly, if he loved Ellie from the start, even though she sent him away, he would have stayed and realized that she was just hurting from "losing the baby." Oh no, he just up and left and whatever. The flashback of their past kept me teary throughout. In the end, I forgave Boston for being flawed, after all, the happenings in the past is what shaped him to be a better man of the present and hopefully the future too. Same with Ellie. She made mistakes too, but if I was in her shoes, I may have done the same thing.Linda Kage, you are one amazing author. I will be reading your other books now because this totally made my day. Yay for happy endings!!!

I really enjoyed Delinquent Daddy. Boston and Ellie haven't seen each other for 10 years. They had a failed relationship that ended on a very sour note. Their daughter (one that Boston knew nothing about) is the catalyst that brings them back together. I loved grown up, mature Boston but young selfish Boston needed a kick in the pants. This is one of those nice easy reads. You feel good after reading it.
