I would not have read this were it not a freebie on iBooks. Considering the last billionaire erotic story I read, ie. the Worst Book I've Ever Read, this was surprisingly fresh, despite all the tropetastic elements. Trying to get funding for a good cause, getting stuck with a rich and gorgeous guy, a jealous ex, creative bed (or should I say car and dungeon) sports. I relished it all in my stride. I was surprised by the emotional bent at the end, contrived as it was, but definitely rolled my eyes at the revelation that this is actually a story in a series. I've had it with that sort of thing now – how much more emotional baggage can you milk out of two people over eleventy books?? But hey, I could just be invested enough to keep going. I really enjoyed this book. I had it done in two days! I didn't realize there was two more books. Love the games they play! ;)---------spoilers----------Lily and her father own this Art Center. They keep the center going with donations. One of their biggest doners canceled their contract which means the center might go under. Lily and her father are pissed off at Calder for backing out on their deal. Lily goes to Calder's house behind her dads back to put up a stink and to make Calder give her the money. Calder and Lily end up playing little games. If you win I'll give you the money type of games. It kept the book interesting. Well it ends up raining a lot that first day and she gets stuck at his house because the river flooded the roads. Lily ends up stay for 3 days/nights. She is determind to get the money and contiunes to play these games but then they start to fall for each other. They sleep together and then it starts. Turns out those feelings are more then both of them thought. Lily's ex Garret comes to Calder's house looking for Lily. (He tracked her cell phone) Garret lets the cat out of the bag and tells Lily that Calder's family is broke. There is no money. That's why he backed out of the contract. Lily is pissed!! She is not mad because he broke. She is mad because he played all these games with her and never intended on giving her the money. I think two months go by? Then she texts him saying she took his advice and got a restraning order on Garret. Then she showed up at her apt asking for forgivness. Then they decide to his this relationship a try. End book!

Fresh storyline. A little young for my tastes but a fun read.
