3.5 starsGRs ate my review so here is the abbreviated version. This one I didn't like as much as the first because Kylie and Trace are trying to make a go of a long distance relationship. Kylie is on tour and Trace will be going on tour and while doing that Trace is also trying to be sober....and failing. He doesn't even tell Kylie this and it bugs me, I understand why he didn't tell her but.....he should know that she wouldn't think those things about him. This one is painful I mean PAINFUL but I am still interested in seeing how the series ends up. I asked for more hot scenes on the second book.. and I got that! haha! This book made me think more of LDRs (long distance relationships) and its horrors. For some people, it's okay... but for some... like if you both are popular artists who get to be photographed 24/7.. it could go from bad to worse.I admire both characters' tenacity here. Hell, I even admire the ending! I admire it because Trace finally manned up and started thinking more about his future and what he's doing to himself. Kylie on the other hand, I liked it that she was more of an "I'll-say-whatever-I-wanna-say" girl here. Frankly speaking, she deserves better, so that's why I approve of the ending.Okay, gotta go finish the third one now. Honestly, I'm glad I read this pretty late. I bet I can't stand the cliffhanger-ish ending if I didn't already have the next book! haha
