2 stars!SPOILERS AHEAD !Humph. WHY DOES AUTHORS THINK THAT IT'S OKAY TO MAKE THE GIRL END UP WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON THAT WAS HARDLY IN THE ONE AND THE SECOND BOOK? First of all, I LOVED the first book. Second of all I HATED the second and the third book. The only reason I even continued reading after Destiny binds is only because I thought by some miracle Alex will come back to life. The first book had everything the second and the third book lacked. I didn't even finish this book, I stopped halfway because of the whole Liam-Scout debacle. She loved Alex and Charlie but somehow she didn't end up with either? wtf lol I'm going to be honest and say I did shed frustrated-angry tears. There's a reason why I never like to go into a book blind and I always have to know who the main lead will end up with so I can support them. After Alex died I just felt like the rest of the books were a joke. I mean Scout hardly even cried for Alex and she's supposed to "Love him so much". yeah right. Anyway onto the next book. I'm just too angry right now. :/ Wow, I wasn't so sure about this series at first. When Alex died, I didn't really understand where Ms Blackwell was going with the whole romance part. But with the storyline moving onto Liam, I was just blown away by him and kinda wished that it had been all about him from the beginning. Alex was sweet, but Liam was just wow! Scout and Liam's relationship was so exciting and charismatic, the only thing I would have to say as a negative is that I wished I could have seen more of their relationship together as a couple. Just when they got together the book ended and left me wanting more. Anyway, great series. Loved reading it and will definitely read further books from Ms Blackwell.
Do You like book Fate Succumbs (2012)?
Scout and Liam sittin' in a tree, the best thing that's happened in the fucking century.
