I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed in this book. I read 'my life next door' and absolutely loved it, so I was expecting great things from 'what I thought was true' which wasn't true at all. The book in general was good, I loved Cass and Gwen however the book just dragged on and on and on! It took me well over a week to read and it was over half way In before the true plot lines began to come out. I also felt very confused when reading this and often thought I'd skipped pages and would have to go back and re read which is extremely annoying. Overall I give this book 3/5. This book is by far one of the best books I've ever read in my life!!! I loved it so much, and Huntley Fitzpatrick is my favorite author, and I can't wait until her next book!!! This book had so many emotions that just captivated me! It was filled with romance, and wonderfulness!!! I loved Gwen so much! Her personality was just great! And it the ending wasn't too obvious, so that was nice, but still really goooooood!!!
