A must read for anyone who leads an organization. Helpful for others as well. Ramsey is so popular I think people shy away from him thinking his books are at a pop level and not works to be taken seriously. I think he should be taken much more seriously...I gained a ton of practical knowledge from this book helping me to lead Credo House on many fronts (hiring, training, marketing, accounting, vision casting, etc...). I grabbed this as it was on sale so I thought why not? It ended up giving several insight into start-up business and all around general business management and I learnt a few things from it. I would recommend meatier books like Jim Collins etc in terms of business insight but it really is a good general business book. I think the greatest lesson to be learnt from this book, as he did, is to be intentional with the type of culture you want to create in a business, and to do things with integrity.
Started off a little slow, but this book has lots of great and practical advice. Worth reading!
