About book El Líder Que No Tenía Cargo: Una Fábula Moderna Sobre El éxito En La Empresa Y En La Vida (2012)
This is an inspiring read. But actually I rated it for the helpful and motivational messages that would certainly be applicable to anyone at any stage of life. The story and the characters are pretty unnaturally written made me feel annoyed and wanted to drop it not just once. Despite of those things, I found my self wandering to concrete steps I could do better to pursue excellence in my own work and life so maybe it wasn't a total waste of time :) I read chapter one and i wanna get the same energy it give me once i read it , so i reread it ..it looks like im not reaching the end soon :) .It is a great motivational energetic organizational book so far ; however ,it looks a bit utopian to me ,as we as humans need recognition to go on and give our best. in real life , the rewards for good work dont always reach the right persons. Now that i have finished it , i benefited from it in the context of reviving my work and life and i love the Acronyms he used all over the book to deliver his message { IMAGE ,SPARK , SHINE , FMOB , BIW } , it is helpful in our fast paced life .. it also briefly highlight some psychological ideas as the false barriers , the victim role and the oppoiste relation between humans'need for social status and thier need for satisfaction ..what should be the aim ,what should be the end ? Although many ideas in the book are reptitive and common sense , the book give you great dosage of energy ,inspiration and orgainzation tips.. I love to sum it up in quotation from the book that i really like "Be yourself ..everyone else is taken".

Basically a slimmer copy of The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. Not worth the time.

Tripe. I would say more, but this book doesn't deserve it.
