About book Eat This, Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide (2008)
"Eat This! Not That!" is a great books showing the little things that we can do in order to improve our health by a substantial way. This book helped me to realize that some foods, even though I didn't realize it at the time, were very unhealthy for human consumption. I may have some "less than incredible" eating choices. But this book, in a matter of speaking showed me the error of my ways. When reading this book I found many surprises. Subway is one of the healthiest places that someone can eat, in my own opinion, but this book proved that Subway deceives a D when it would come to the healthiness rating. While I thoroughly enjoyed this book, nothing in it shocked me and nothing surprised me. It's wonderful to see a book series that addresses the mislabeling, deceptive nature of food, and seeks to have people actually read food labels. However, and not surprisingly, most items in the "Eat This" category are quite pricey, so if you chose to follow the advice you had better have a healthy grocery budget!!!

Needs to be parsed and, ahem, taken with a grain of salt, but it's handy for what it is.
