Death be Latte was a really good book! Aphra finally gets to meet het mom! It had a lot of "oh I didn't see that coming" and some "oh my gosh, really?" It was really good! I can't decide if death by bikini was better or this book, I just can't. My favorite part would have to be when Aphra finds Seth for the first time in the book, I just really like that part :). I will so be reading Death by Denim! Awesome book! Death By Latte is By: Linda Gerber, it has 202 pages. Aphra is back again. Just a few weeks before she was with Seth on the helicopter pad and now she is on a flight to Seattle. Now that Aphra has her moms address she will not stop trying to find her. Her mom has so much to explain and even if her mom does not want to see her she can't go back to her fathers island , she lied to him about where she was going. When Aphra gets to Seattle though her whole visit is not what she expected it to be. Her mom seems revolted by Aphra's presents and even Joe her mom's boyfriend seems to think Aphra should just go back to where she came from. When she was at the market looking for her mom she see's Seth... who should be gone from her life after they last met. Seth is back but not for her, he is back for the ring that he gave her right before he left. Aphra knows that this might just be the last time that she see's him, now that the Mole is after them. Aphra knows that every thing is not as it seems after the last death on her dad's island but this time around there is a sent of death hanging in the air...who will die? This question is answered when her ring is stolen by Joe when he heads out to get a Latte, can you guess how he died? I liked this book but I have a pet peeve with second books. It is that they should have more information than the last book because it has to be juicy like a burger,you may like the bread but it will be dry if you don't have the meat juicy and thick. The book was okay I still would have liked more information on Ryan and the ring and also Seth's parent and Aphra's dad. After all of that is summed up I give it a three out of five.
