This was the first of Curran's POV snippets that I read and what a way to be introduced. ;) I loved getting inside Curran's head. If you've read Magic Strikes and you are looking for just a little bit more before you pick up Magic Bleeds, this is a perfect little diversion. I'll be wandering over to Ilona Andrews' blog from now on in search of these entertaining little snippets. My guess is that they are only going to get more and more interesting as the series goes on. Magic Strikes Hot Tub Scene (Curran POV #4) is available as a free read on Ilona Andrews' blog and I read it as part of my 'Why Buy the Cow' reading challenge. It is a perfect little scene in wich we see a little of how Curran thinks and what he feels for Kate.I`m glad I got to see the world from Curran`s point of view. I always like to read books that have incorporated into them the point of views of several characters but this is quite a hard task to do because you can lose the interest of the reader by retelling the exact action from another point of view. Anyway, this isn`t the case since it is just a little scene, albeit an importan one, but it doesn`t bore the reader with unuseful information.
Ohhh. Smexy scene. Heart. LOL. Derek totally messed things up for Curran.
