I RECENTLY READ THIS BOOK BECAUSE, I ENJOY FASHION AND LOVE THE GLAMORIZED UPPER EAST SIDE LIVES OF THE SUPPORTING CHARACTER, CAM. I ALSO LOVE THE UNDERDOG, THE CHIC FASHIONISTA, ADRIENNE, WHO MAY NOT HAVE THE SAME MONEY AS CAM, BUT HAS AN AMAZING SENSE OF FASHION AND SELF CONFIDENCE. ADRIENNE IS THE NANNY OF EMMA WARNER, THE DAUGHTER OF A PRECAUCIOUS UPPER CLASS FAMILY. EMMA IS VERY MISCHEVIOUS AND ENJOYS MAKING ADRIENNE'S LIFE SOMEWHAT MISERABLE. EMMA GETS ADRIENNE INTO TROUBLE ALMOST INSTANTLY, WHEN SHE LOANS ADRIENNE A ONE OF A KIND SWEATER, THAT BELONGS TO HER OLDER SISTER CAM. WHEN CAM REALIZES THE SWEATER ADRIENNE IS WEARING IS HERS, SHE PLAYS IT OFF, BUT MAKES IT CLEAR THAT ADRIENNE IS NO MATCH FOR HER. THIS MAKES ADRIENNE INSECURE, BUT WITH TIME ADRIENNE LEARNS TO PLAY THE GAMES THAT CAM AND EMMA ARE PLAYING, EXCEPT SHE LEARNS HOW TO PLAY THEM EVEN BETTER.FROM THE CLICHE GAMES OF STEALING BOYFRIENDS, TO MATCH OFFS WITH CLOTHING AND MONEY. THIS BOOK CONTAINS EVERYTHING THAT A TRUE FASHIONISTA WOULD ENJOY, NAME DROPPING, NAME BRANDS, AND CELEBRITIES, THIS BOOK IS SURE TO ENTICE ONE WITH AN EYE FOR FASHION. THE BOOK IS CATTY AND SOMEWHAT RIDICULOUS, BUT THAT JUST MAKES IT ALL THE MORE ENJOYABLE. I REALLY DO LOVE THIS BOOK, AND I WOULD RECCOMEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS FASHION, AND ENJOYS READING FICTIONAL STORIES ABOUT PEOPLE WHO ALSO LOVE FASHION. THIS BOOK IS INTERESTING. SOMEONE WHO DOESNT NECESARILLY LOVE THE GLAMORIZED LIVES OF THE "ELITE", MAY STILL ENJOY THIS BOOK, BECAUSE IT ALSO SHOWS THE STORY OF A TEENAGE GIRL, WHO IS NOT AS WELL OFF, BUT MAKES A NAME FOR HERSELF IN THE "ELITE UPPERCLASS WORLD". I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK.
Adrienne Lewis is Emma's new nanny because the nannies before Emma didn't like or they were fired. Luckily, Emma seems to like Adrienne because Emma's mother told her to continue watching Emma. Emma isn't like any normal girl she is a genius because at a young age she's learning stuff being taught at high school already. Also, their family is very rich, just for watching Emma a couple of hours Adrienne gets paid hundreds of dollars. But Emma doesn't seem to be the problem. The big problem is Emma's sister, Carmen. She tricked Adrienne to picking out clothes and thought that she didn't need to pay anything and thought it was for free. But when Adrienne didn't want to help Carmen organize the party she finally told her the truth that the clothes that Adrienne picked out they weren't for free. It was paid from her mother's credit card and now Adrienne has to organize the party or Carmen will tell her mom that some clothes she didn't get Adrienne stole them. If Carmen tells her that then she might even get fired. What can Adrienne do now?

Adrienne Lewis is a sixteen year old who goes to a public high school and grew up in an average house. Cameron Warner is a seventeen year old who goes to a very posh high school, lives in a high apartment on the upper east side, rich and oh did i mention, gets everything she wants? so you're probably thinking, how do these two relate to each other? well Adrienna is introduced to a babysitting job by her best friend and she is soon hired by Mrs. Cameron. She realizes the pay is high, there's not much to do and she was being "friends" with Cameron; a high society princess. Not there yet!. Emma, the sister that Adrienne was suppose to be babysitting has a reputation for being a brat and a super genius at getting rid of nannies she dislikes but somehow she and Adrienne become friends. Cameron becomes "friends" with Adrienne but Cameron is also known for something that everyone knows... everyone except for Adrienne and that will come to haunt Adrienne soon. i thought this was a really good book because you could see how the lives of these two girls from two totally different worlds meet and I thought that Victoria Ashton did a good job with not going overboard with the rich life so that it seemed really hard to believe but still believable. i recommend this book to Tori because i saw her reading books that are similar to these

Okay, so there is a teen named Adrienne, BFF to another teen, Liz. Liz gets her ajob at the ah-mazing Warner family residence, and in there lives Mr. Warner, Mrs. Warner,(Mr. Warner's 3rd wife), tottaly hot Graydon,(son of Mr. Warner's 1st wife), the oh-so-snobby Cameron (daughterof Mr. Warner's 2nd wife) and the evil genius 8 year old Emma. (daughter of current Mrs. Warner.)Through all her days of working at the Warners, Cameron has helped her, brought her to ah-mazing (drunken) parties, took her shopping at "Heaven" and taught her everything to know. But Cameron doesn't want to be friends with Adrienne. She wants Adrienne's boyfriend... I would reccomend this book to well, of course, teens. There are some innapropriate language and scenes for children 12-
