Oh I loved this! Kind of upsetting at first. The way Dylan seemed to be taking Malic for granted. And Malic just supporting Dylan no matter what. Ugh. Love him. It was nice to see a little more of these two. Nice to get more backstory. I wouldn't mind more backstory on all of them, actually. LOL Okay so this book was a great read and not too involved regarding the paranormal. Very succinct but still very good! I fell madly in love with Dylan and Malic in their story Tooth & Nail, so it stood to reason that I would really enjoy this short story!Malic goes to Dylan's family home for Christmas and, well, lets just say....his reception isn't the greatest. His parents are not thrilled that he's so much older than their son. And Dylan is catching up with his "young" friends leaving Malic alone and feeling sort of unwanted. So, Malic does what makes him happy.....he finds odd jobs to do around the house so he isn't just sitting still twiddling his thumbs. And that's how he meets Brad the next door neighbor who hurt himself and asks Malic for some help. All sounds very innocent, huh? It's a Warder story.....the author can make Christmas all about demons and bad guys! But it's mostly about friendship and love.
Sappy and unbelievable, but for Christmas? A perfect feel-good story for fans of the Warder series.

Sweet Xmas themed story. It was nice seeing the family come to appreciate Malic.

I liked one of the series but it shouldn't have been a series. Couldn't finish.
