I normally try and avoid books where main characters have kids by another partner I just find it off putting but for some reason I read this and I loved it so much that I can honestly say that this is my favourite book by this author! I just loved Berr you could really feel his love and devotion for the heroine and vice versa it had an awesome storyline of real love plus a kick ass heroine who was not clingy but strong and knew what she wanted. Loved both main leads loved the story loved the book!!! Not surprising, I absolutely love this series! I automatically know that when I pick up a Laurann Dohner book I will be able to escape into a world that I can be totally engrossed and thoroughly entertained. I couldn't put the book down! I hate that this is the last book so far. I would love to have a book for Vhon, Coto and Vinlotti. I really enjoyed reading the parts where feisty Shanna had to explain her insults and even the way things were done on Earth. Funny and exciting book! My heart was pounding one minute and then the next I was laughing! Great job!!! I hope to see more of the series soon!!
