About book Baby's In Black. Historia Astrid Kirchherr I Stuarta Sutcliffe'a (2012)

This is the story about Astrid Kircherr, Stuart Sutcliffe, and The Beatles. Before The Beatles claimed international stardom, they started out as a few boys making amazing music and trying to make a living. While in Hamburg, Germany, the group's bassist, Stuart Sutcliffe fell deeply in love with Astrid Kircherr. This is their true story about their hidden, unknown life and the lost Beatle. This is a true tale of life, love and tragic reality. I picked up this book because I saw on Goodreads, Mr. Gould had read it and liked it. I was also interested in the topic. I, and I'm sure many others, know about The Beatles, yet we don't actually know them. I finished this book because The Beatles are really interesting. Afterwards, I couldn't help but do some research into the background information of The Beatles and their band members, Astrid Kircherr and the background information. I wanted to find out what happened in the end.I would recommend this book to David because I think he would also be interested in this topic, The Beatles. At the 2012 London Olympic Games, he really liked the closing ceremony and he likes music. I nice easy read. The story developed very quickly, but it didn't feel rushed, I did however feel that the 3rd 4th of the book was undeveloped. The character arc kind of stopped in the last parts of the book - it almost felt like they didn't have further to write about after Stuart left the Beatles. The drawings were what drew me in. The are nicely stylized, but it is still easy to distinguish the characters.
