This e-book is short so it is a quick easy read. I would have liked it so much better if the supporting characters were given more depth and not just when they were needed to complete the scene. Some people have beaten Derek down in their reviews however given the circumstances and the history I can see why he made some of the decisions that he did. Yes I agree that knowing both sides (unlike him) I did want to slap him across the face sometimes. However it made the ending so much sweeter. the author does it again! Pulled me in from the very beginning with a heart felt story of love, lust, lies and betrayal with a perfect mixture where you only wish it had been a full length novel instead of novella. I'd love to have been able to stretch out each emotion I felt while reading this story. drag out the raw emotions.simply a great story well written just too short. I read it from start to finish in just a couple of hours.
I enjoyed the book. Just wish the library would have your books so I could finish the series.
