An absolutely AMAZING BOOK!! I fell madly in love with Sig and Tommi! Their story definitely wasn't the typical alpha boy meets beautiful girl, falls in love, lived happily ever after. It was a difficult journey, one filled with so many obstacles and surprises. But I enjoyed every bit of it! I loved how strong Tommi was, what she did and had to go through for her family. Her mission to keep them together. Then she meets Sig. And even though her mind said he can't be trusted and was nothing but trouble, her heart said otherwise. I immediately liked Sig. He was sexy, flirty, cocky, protective, and a cop! As the story went on, I just fell in love with him more and more.M. Leighton is such a talented writer. I was able to understand and sympathize with the characters. I felt what they felt. Their internal battles. Their frustration. Their attraction. Their love. It was definitely an emotional roller coaster! And the epilogue was the cherry on top of a perfect ending. I have always loved Michelle's writing. Is truly a pleasure comeback to her books. She should considerate making a whole series dedicated to Sig. He's story is intriguing, delicious, captivating, thrilling , and will wrap you the whole time. I just couldn't put it down even though I knew the end would leave me hanging. I am impatiently waiting to be continued of this one.This book is really a fresh for me. It's remainder me of Cash and Nash. Ones of my favs of Michelle. That said, I loved this story; a web of lies on both sides is about to fall and blow has been struck... Twists and turns combined with passion has the pages flying.
