So so sweet! A Will to Change is a must read book. The story line is beautiful and it keeps you attention from beginning to end. Will McAdams is a Sexy Firefighter and a player. Gabby Spencer is a beautiful and funny nurse working the burn unit at a hospital. When these two meet the sparks fly. Join their journey and find out if the flame still burns. This is emotion packed and filled with laughter and love. I absolutely couldn't out it down and loved every page. Highly recommended. 3.5 starsA Will To Change is a story about finding love when you don't expect or want to. Will is a firefighter who was in the towers on Sept. 11, 2001. He loves his job. Even if it is not what his parents wanted him to do. Actually he is nothing like what his parents want him to be. Will is a total man "ladies man" as well. He is a love them and leave them type of guy. Nothing too serious for him. When it gets too serious, he bolts.Will's whole life is about to change. While fighting a fire, Will gets hurt and ends up in the hospital. He is burned pretty badly and needs to be taken care of. A nurse named Gabby enters Will's life and changes it all for the better.Gabby is in a dead end relationship, working a ton as a nurse and is pretty alone in the world. Her father has passed away and her mother is too busy living the high society life. When Gabby strikes up an unusual relationship with Will, it just works. Neither of them are looking for anything romantic. Just friendship.Suddenly, Gabby is in need of a place to live. Will offers her his spare room. Their friendship blossoms. It is nice to see how well the couple gets along. Just platonically. Over time things start to change and feeling start to grow, although neither of them is willing to admit it. Neither of them wants to loose what they have.This story has a lot of up and downs. But it is also pretty funny at times as well. It was a good read for a summer day.
