Vol 1, which contains book 1 and book 2. Really good. I loved the main character, the same way that everyone in the book falls in love with Jory too. His on again/off again relationship with his almost-out-of-the-closet boyfriend would normally annoy me, but is so well written and with such engaging characters, that I happily sat down for the ride. The murder/suspense part of the plot is v good too. Off to buy the next volume. This was a freebie from All Romance Ebooks I don't know what to say about this. It doesn't have a HEA at the end of either book. Sam and Jory each bug me in a variety of ways. I don't know whether I'll go on with this. Giving it a few days. I dislike not getting to the HEA, but I dislike it dragging on and being subjected to more crazy stroking, petting, or fawning on Jory and my name-calling by Sam. I'd also like some editing. Missing periods, additional sets of quotation marks, or no end to quotes all add up to WHERE'S THE EDITING???
