This book was amazing, well written, very good story and concept, gotta love a hot cop story! We follow the story of Ryan who's a very confident girl when it comes to her body and sexuality but when it comes to her future and what she wants to do she has no idea what she wants to be. We can see Ryan grow into a new person throughout the book which is a nice things, she can be a bit annoying but never overboard, she's a sweet young girl who wants to have fun and party while Gabe is a police officer who knows what he wants in life.It was nicely written, very fun and hot. This is not a book about love at first sight which is a nice change. The relationship between Gave and Ryan was really sweet and pulled me in instantly, the push and pull these two had through the book was a major plus and was really fun to see. It was a really realistic story both having to make time to see each other between her school schedule and his job schedule.Overall a really good entertaining story and I wish it didn't have to end or that there's going to be a follow up! It was that good At just 201 pages this short story packs a huge punch...not only are the characters totally developed with the story line but the plot flows smoothly and you don't feel that details were missed in this book! Lindsay Paige does a wonderful job of creating two characters that you just can't help but fall in love with.Starting with Ryan she is one feisty chica with an attitude and "I don't take any BS kind of spirit' I loved her character and I wish more heroine characters were written exactly like her, she is a 19 year old college student who is trying to find her way out from underneath her mother and father's shadow.Than their is Gabe...police officer extraordinaire, oh did I mention he is a total and complete hottie! He is a 25 year old who is trying to deal with the fact that he may not be able to find true love ever.Watching these two characters come together and seeing how their story unfolds had me up late into the night to see how it would end. The beautifully written epilogue was perfect...it left you with the feeling of wanting more from these two characters but also a feeling of completeness for their story. I am glad I got to read this book great job!
Do You like book You Before Me (2014)?
I loved the trouble making Ryan and the way Gabe and she shook each other's lives up.
