The diary format and illustrations boost its appeal factor from the get-go, and this kid Justin is hilarious. The book had me giggling out loud during my lunch breaks and shrieking with laughter over breakfast this morning. It's funny, reassuring, and overall totally satisfying emotionally. Highly recommended for all chapter book readers who like realistic fiction.
