Jason is the owner of a gay night club, struggling with the overhead and a mortgage he can't afford after his ex-boyfriend left him high and dry. Micheal is a divorced acupuncturist struggling to make ends meet. After 5 years of pain from a biking accident Jason begrudgingly takes his friend Seth's advice and goes to see Micheal for treatment. Micheal and Jason get to talking and Jason thinks he can solve money problems for them both by having Micheal and his son he has part time rent a couple of rooms from him. Can Jason handle living with a hot straight guy that he is extremely attracted to?I loved these guys, I just wish there had been more of them as a couple. The sexual tension was off the charts, and I wish there had been more sex. I love L.A.'s books, her writing style is awesome, but my one complaint is in almost all the books I have read there is no true romance, I Love you isn't said, and I don't get a true HEA.. I like things wrapped up nice and neat. I want an epilogue. :-( I love her books, but for $7.00 a book I want romance and a HEA!!! This story would’ve been great if only the focus wasn’t so much on the main character’s ailment – his chronic shoulder pain and the damn acupuncture. I was like 50 pages from finishing the book and nothing between the two MCs is happening. I keep on thinking just when are they going to kiss? The whole fiasco about their finances even went longer than the couple’s romantic interaction. It was a messy heap of narration all throughout. What a great disappointment.Rating: 1 out of 5 stars
