I don't understand how a girl who just sold her home to a potential 5 star rating bed and breakfast apparently has no money, moves to Vegas with only one job interview lined up and stays at the Belagio. THEN throws a hundred dollar bill at a cab driver who offered the ride to her for free. I don't understand the purpose of dead parents since it didn't add or subtract to her story. usually some for of life insurance might have been discussed? i don't understand how this character is so forgiving to a bitch best friend who also has no character buildup except that she attempts to fuck the love interest. This book had some potential but the ending was anticlimactic and still left their situation unresolved. I'll give it 2.5 Wow. Simply wow. This book was fucking awesome. Pardon my French, but I had no other words. The raw emotions, the animalistic carnality displayed in the form of pure, unadulterated lust was a mind blowing adventure that I never wanted to end. Finn Felton was a grade A asshole but there was just something about the guy that made you want to strangle him and kiss the he'll outta him simultaneously. Jennifer was a sharp, catty spitfire with a bad mouth and a great personally. The story was certainly unique. And don't get me started on the amazing writing style of Lyla Parish. Damn, how that women describes emotions. I loved this book!
