2.5 stars. I didn’t particularly care for this. It’s always a bit hard to swallow the “bad guy” as MC trope but there are many books that manage to pull that off. I typically don’t feel like Ashton’s books do. I didn’t feel that the BDSM was organic, Dima was a bit too dommy to be a sub in my view. And it always seems like these books start off with these ragingly alpha guys who turn into mushballs and it doesn’t ring true for me. This book was deliciously intoxicating !! read it !!... BUT BE ADVISED -this is NOT a sweet and tender love story ...it's raw and powerful, it's the kind of love that makes you mad with lust and euphoric high.... and lives you wrung out and sated at the end ...and you don't give a damn that it's 3.38am in the morning and you're wide awake writing your first ever review on goodreads because it was sooo worth it !! XD
Hot damn. That was fine. Just fine. Holy-X and goddamn Dima and his utter submission. Too good.
