Letto a Lisbona. Prestito di Sara. When Elenor's husband dies in a car crash with a mystery woman everyone assumes that he was having an affair. Elenor doesn't and sets out to find out exactly what happened. There were things I enjoyed about this book, the writing style, the fact it was a very easy read, the way the story played out, it wasn't something that you had figured out from the start which really annoys me. But I hated Elenor and to a lesser extent her friends, the poor woman has just lost her husband but I still couldn't warm to her. Although I empathised with her over her grief, I found myself screaming at her "why would you do that??" at times over her actions, I know grief makes people do strange things but it was hard to believe a woman as in control of herself as Elenor was portrayed to be would do these things. Overall though, its not a bad book if you like a bit of grown up mystery that is a bit outside the norm. Pretty good ending too which leaves a slight door open for the reader to wonder if another party is involved and if so, who.
