I really disliked this book. The first few chapters were alright and even funny at times. But the more I read, the more I thought "well this is so cliché and predictable". The plot is interesting but it could have been better with some twists to keep me from boredom.I have mixed feeling about the characters:- Ellie: hated her from the beginning. She is very childish and stupid (3 months younger than your brother. Really now?). I feel like she only knows one line, kind of like Hodor in Game of Thrones. Her favorite thing to say is "Anthony!". She says it at least 10 times per chapter I'm not even kidding, it's so annoying. (Am I the only one who was bothered by that)- Anthony: At first I liked him, he was funny and nice but then he started getting annoying af too. He's rude, immature and he's kind of narrow-minded in my opinion. Sometimes he's a jerk. Sometimes he's funny.Overall, the characters lack depth. How did they even fall in love in the first place? I have no idea. They don't know each other well. The only character I like is Julius, he's funny and chill. I'm glad he didn't end up with Ellie. It's really cheesy, some scenes are absurd and make no sense. It was an ok read. It wasn't torture. Super cute but had a handful of problems. 1) completely useless love triangle. It was just stupid2) it could be shorter, there was so much useless info3) I kind of wish there was more time for them to be trapped to know each other more4) Julius and Caroline should have been a couple in my opinion. It was really predictable and at points I thought it got kind of slow. Cute though.
