Não gostei muito do estilo, sempre apresenta os personagens da mesma forma, ao final dos parágrafos é fácil de lembrar do tom de voz da narração do "Nelsonmota" como se o livro fosse uma grande coluna dele no jornal da globo. Mas a história desse monstro é muito interessante. Fui mais pela fase racional e o autor me provou que apesar de ser uma fase única na musicalidade dele, todo o resto desta História é igualmente ímpar. Muito legal também ler passagens como a do "boisai" e rir imaginando a reação do Tim Maia. This is a biography on a really famous Brazilian musician. I read it in Portuguese and it was really fun to learn all the musician/drug lingo of the past few decades. There's amazingly funny stories in it that support the expression that sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. I think there was a lot of details that could have been skipped, mostly about who knew who and all the line-ups of Tim Maia's bands. A lot of the chapters were liking a skipping record, he would always miss shows and then the organizer would go crazy, and then Tim Maia would get sued. Also, I wouldn't read the last too chapters again. They are sad and disappointing.
