While I personally didn't find this book too interesting, it's probably because I did not know that this is actually a sequel to "Banished", and because this book just didn't appeal to my personal interests. It's not a "bad" book though, I've read books that were so dull I wanted to sleep instead of reading them. This one did keep my attention and focus, I wasn't hooked to the point that I couldn't put the book down, but at the same time it did leave me a little curious as to what would happen next when I had to stop reading for that time. I would recommend it actually, but to mainly female readers who are interested in books that are similar in genre. If you've read and enjoyed book one as well as I did, then all the more this book will give you double of that. Unforsaken will give you the adrenaline rush all over again. I love how the author gave more depth on other characters and did not just focused on Hailey. I specifically love the chapters where it concentrated on Chub. I find him so adorable and I can’t get enough of him. He’s a very mysterious child and it makes you wonder what’s going on in his head – the author did not fail me and gave me exactly what I wanted. Readers brace yourselves; you’re in for a roller coaster ride once again.
Do You like book Unforsaken (2011)?
A very quick read but still a strong story and good to meet up with the characters again.

It was a decent book, it just wasn't my style.
