Hot! Jo and Colt get caught by some photographers kissing shortly after he has just announced his engagement to Brittany. She is freaking out about the engagement and the fact the press are going to release the pics of her and Colt kissing. She wants to know if the engagement is real. He proceeds to tell her the engagement isn’t real and why. Brittany is beyond pissed she has Jo fired and calls Colt’s father about it. He is pissed that she called his father. Jo gets her check from Buster and leaves. She goes home and crashes. When she wakes up a few hours later she decides that she is going to go get her necklace that she pawned with the extra money she has. When she gets there it has been sold. She is distraught about it. Instead of going home she just runs and winds up at the place where she went to the drag show with Zero. She runs into Angel there and he has the same look his face that she knows must be on hers, longing. When she gets home it feels sad and lonely all she can think about is Colt and her Dad and her miserable past. There is a knock at the door. She figures it is Zero but when she opens the door it is Colt. They talk and come up with a plan. She will get her job back at the gym which means she can continue to train. They dye her hair red since the only real way they could identify her is by her hair. The next day there is a knock at her door and delivery man with a package from her. She talks it and opens it. Colt got her a phone so they could keep in touch with each other. The press has given her the name kettle bell of course they don’t know what her real name is and now that her hair is different color they don’t know it is her. Will all this work out or will something/someone else get it the way of them being together? Will the change is hair color be enough for her to stay unnoticed by the press?I really like this story. There relationship isn’t easy peasy but they keep trying and finding ways to be together and that is all that matters in the end. I can’t wait to read the next part of this series. I think Brittany needs to get taken down a peg or two. I also like that she is a fighter also not just a groupy type of girl.
OMG I was not expecting the end of book 2. Wow now can't wait for book 3.
