I read this book a year ago and recently read it again before reading Levi's Ultimatum. I really enjoy this series. The books are a little shorter than I would like and Ms. Gayle leaves an ending that teases you into the next book. Not quite a cliffhanger but almost, which is something I do not like. In this book she gives the final HEA that you wanted for the previous book. I suspect that will be her MO for the entire series. I am the biggest cry baby! There's nothing like a beautiful second chance story woven in such a way to yank tears out of your eyes, pour them down your face, and cause you to choke out loud on sobs. That's what this story did for me. I truly enjoy it when BDSM is presented realistically. Doms and subs bring more out of me than vanilla relationships. So beautiful! I look forward to reading more about the story that was set up in the epilogue (don't worry...I wouldn't call it a cliffhanger, but just a little tease for what's coming next). I've got the next book lined up and ready to go!I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
