About book Timothy (2011)

I really like Zombie books and love Mark Tufo’s writing but this was just too out there for me. This book from the point of view of a zombie that happened to keep some of his self-awareness is kind of disturbing. There is more blood and gore than normal and in a bit too much detail. Seriously, this book is like swimming; don’t eat a half hour before you start reading it. In addition Timothy wasn’t a good person in life so you can just imagine how that goes. Too dark and far down the rabbit hole for my tastes. Clowns!! That says it all...and Timothy is the epitome a scary clown. While he has enough will to manage control over the virus that has taken over his body, he is little more than a prisoner in his mind until he makes friends with it. We also learn how the zombies can continue to eat without stopping, and while this is truly the grossest part of the story, it kind of makes sense. At some point you might want to feel sorry for him but don't, Timothy was not the nicest person anyone would want to meet when he was alive. What he is now only makes him everyone's walking nightmare especially when he learns that he is near invincible. What he wants, he will take, this unfortunately is human flesh and nothing will get in his way. Eventually he learns to like the taste and even the smell, making him the first undead stalker to ever....hmmm live? My daughter will never read this... she hates clowns and now, so do I

Do You like book Timothy (2011)?

A great story, but this is from the Zombie perspective. If you are squeamish, take care. :)
