I thought I was getting a biker book but yeah this is a romance and the guy just happens to ride a bike. The Gallo family was awesome and super interesting. I think I'll use this series as filler when I need a change of pace. Not bad the dialog was a bit young for these adults. City wasn't a badass but the story and performances was enjoyable. It hooked me into the story from the beginning, and I was immediately loving the two main characters City and Suzy. This is a story of opposites attract and giving your feelings a chance to flourish. This book was also hot with a capital H, and had me practically blushing when reading it.Throttle Me tells the story of City and Suzy. City is a bad boy looking tattoo artist who's all about the next girl he can find to warm his bed. He's not looking for anything serious either. He's passionate and fierce and strong as all get out too. He's got it all handled, that is until he meets Suzy.Suzy is as straight laced as they come. She's a control freak, and has a plan or checklist for everything. She knows what she wants, and the moment she meets City she realizes two things: She is insanely attracted to him, but sees absolutely no future with him. These two cross paths one night and that's when the sparks really start to fly. They have a firework level of chemistry and you will definitely feel and experience that when you're reading this book. City and Suzy are instantly enamored with one another, and Throttle Me follows the two of them as they try to figure out what is that they're feeling. City and Suzy share some pretty intense moments both emotionally and physically, and reading how they handle both just won me over. Those intense moments just made all their feelings, actions, and emotions come alive in such a wonderful way. The pacing of the books is very good, and the events will have your heart racing and you feeling plenty of emotion from these characters with what they experience. I really enjoyed how real the characters felt, and the doubts and questions that they had about their relationship made them extremely authentic. These characters also push each other in ways that really developed their characters. They made each other really examine what they wanted and what they were willing to fight for. This book also had many aspects that made it highly engaging to read. There are some shocking moments, plenty of highly heated ones, and many moments that push these characters to realize what it is that they want. I also highly enjoyed meeting the supporting characters in this book. They all had some memorable personalities, and I cant wait to read more about all of them in the coming books in the series. This book was overall just fantastic to read. The story is highly engaging with a little bad boy fun mixed in, the characters were fun and extremely passionate to read and get to know, and the overall feel of the book was fabulous to experience. This was the first book I'd read by Chelle Bliss, but I look forward to reading many more.
