Do You like book The Worst Witch All At Sea (1994)?
Would have rated higher but this story reiterates from previous books; surely the reader is aware that this is the 4th book in a series, otherwise why read the 4th book first? Avid fans of the previous 3 books would know and remember what went on before this book, we don't need to be told again in this one.By and large this story was good and a compelling read, though I have to admit that if Mildred was truly worried about her continuation at the academy, would she really continue to deliberately go out of her way to do what she wants and risk expulsion anyway?

Just like the rest of the books in the series, this book flowed well and was quick paced. It was full of fun and I love Mildred, she may be the worst witch at Cackle's Academy but she doesn't want to be, she does try her best. I think it's a good lesson for children reading these books. I really enjoyed how it was in a different setting this time, it was well written and Mildred has 9 lives. Ethel really needs to give up on trying to ruin Mildred's life, it's fun to see her jealous all the time though.5 out of 5 stars.

Not the best book in the series, I was actually quite bored throughout the book.It was just all the same. Ethel hating Mildred, being mean to her at every opportunity. Miss Hardbroom who doesn't have any faith left in Mildred and just hopes she will fail. And then Mildred, she saves the day again... I will finish this series, but I am not going to buy them, like I was planning to.There were also enough fun things. Mildred and her class getting asked to come visit and stay at the castle of the wizard she saved in the previous book. Swimming, water-skiing with brooms (awesome!), smuggling a little Tabby with her and of course treasure.
