This book was not boring or badly written, but it was not for me. I am so sick of the BDSM genre that reading it is akin to nails on a chalkboard for me. I don't want to read about degradation, humiliation, violence and pain and how much it enhances sex and how it will push someone to be their "best self"...Now, all of that may very well be true for sexual parners that partake in the lifestyle...I have ZERO issues with people who embrace the lifestyle and find gratification through their experiences....I just don't want to read about it. That said, this book was part of a challenge that I had set up back in January, so I went ahead and read it. Unfortunately, it is a casualty of my progressively heightening exhaustion of this topic. What in the works did I just read? It was was confusing. The story is crazy short (30-40 min)The idea of the story might have had some merit but there was just not enough time to work the plot. I think the author want to give a shock factor. I dunno. Anyway, it just didn't work for me. It was free so I didn't put money into it but I did give it my time and that was a waste. I don't recommend.
