What a thrilling book to read ! I liked it from A to Z. First , I really appreciated the universe the author set. We have faeries , pixies , goblins , enchantresses , witches and much more . The world the three princesses live in is well-built and nicely developed .The plot was intriguing and interesting enough to keep me glued to the book all day long : Prince Armand is kidnapped , and it is his wife's duty to save him . The book destroys and smashes those horrifying stereotypes where the princesses are weak fragile paperdolls . Here they have more guts than any guy around .I loved rediscovering the three fairy-tales , they were much more funny than the originals . Talking about fun , this book was so hilarious I couldn't keep myself from laughing several times .I highly recommend it ! Not sure if I liked this one. And not sure if it's due to the story or the narration. I remember being slightly confused many times regarding major plot points (like totally missed the part where one of the Stepsisters was married to that one person). The rest of my likes or dislikes, I can't remember as it's been many weeks since I actually had read it.I think I'll read the next one, but I don't know if I'll listen to it or read it.
Do You like book The Stepsister Scheme (2009)?
While this had a few original bits, I was not impressed. It dragged on and on.

Fairy tale princesses + Buffy the Vampire Slayer-esque overlay = awesome.
