In book 2 of the Dwellers Saga, Adele and Tawni make their way to the Star Realm to find Adele's mother while Tristan and Roc remain in the Moon Realm to work with Adele's father and the resistance. The story moves ahead nicely in this book. There were a few slow parts, and of course the introduction of not one but 2 characters who are mean/suspicious and end up being good guys. We get to see a better look into life in the Star Realm, and understand why the Star Dwellers attacked the Moon Dwellers. There were plot developments that were a bit surprising, and some characters didn't make it through. I'm looking forward to book 3. I really enjoyed this book. There were definately some surprises I did NOT see coming for Roc and Tristian that I believe only have brought them closer than they have ever been. Having General Rose added to this story really brought out a softer side in Adele and the relationship she has with Tawni has grown so much stronger. I look forward to seeing where the next book takes us and how the sister series all ties in. I was a little lost though on how Tristian knows there are people living on the earths surface though. I dont recall ever reading about when/how he found out or if Roc knows. Must read the next book I am sure there will be answers there, David Estes is a great writer!
This saga 2 is as good as the first. I am jumping into #3.
