About book The Spawning (2000)

I'm surprised I enjoyed this book. I'm not a big fan of romance between multiple partners and this book was one woman who was "married" to four men. It took me half the book to get used to the idea and then by the ending i LOVED their relationship(s). It wasn't just physical. All the guys have their own personality and they are all different. With that being said she has a different bond with each of them. The love was real =). Def recommend this book even for those like me who get uncomfortable with a plural type of "marriage". Another good book by this author. Miranda is captured on Earth to be taken to one of the planets the Hirachi were left after they were freed. These Hirachi have never seen Earth women but are determined to free them because they were enslaved at one time. Then there miscommunications between the two cultures and then all that ends well. The ending was a little startling with at least one person dying as an aside whom I liked. I would recommend this series/author.
