I stayed up way past my bedtime last night to finish this book. I just discovered Barbara O'Neal and this is the second novel of hers I have read. I really liked this book. Tessa, while recovering from a work-related accident, heads to New Mexico for research. As she heals physically and emotionally she begins remembering events from her childhood that happened at this place. I enjoy how O'Neal weaves in food/restaurants, recipes,dogs,personal growth, and romance. I can't wait to try the Sopa De La Manana and Baked French Toast recipe from 100 Breakfasts Restaurant in the book. Yum!
