The Outlaw is a time-travel story involving a modern day (circa 1996) princess (who is also psychic)and an American Indian half breed author(1896). (view spoiler)[Despite jumping well over the believability threshold, parts of The Outlaw were pretty good. Having a princess for a heroine may not have been the best choice, but the hero is a hunky Native American. Some of his dialogue tended to sound too modern and well-educated at times. Part of the ending was actually in the Epilogue, which was a little odd and reminiscent of the classic "A Knight in Shining Armor" but all comparisons end there. (hide spoiler)]
