(I got this book through Goodreads First Reads.)It was okay. The writing style was quick and fun, and some of the characters I really liked. BUT, there were too many flashbacks for me. I liked the idea of the memory machine, but it happened too often and broke up the flow of plot and took far too long for any plot hint to get answered. Also, books about the afterlife might just not be for me, but that's my problem not the books. And I still might read the second one to see how things change with the level change. I received a copy of this as a giveaway. I was a little wary of reading the book at first because she is dead and if sounded like it was going to have a really predictable plot line....But boy was I wrong! I got entranced into this book as soon as I started it and finished it in only a day. Felicia is an amazing main character but yet she still has realistic traits. This book was amazing!!! I cannot wait for the next book Chasing Before to come out this year! I really would recommend this book for readers and I think that many different age groups would enjoy this amazing read!
Level 2 is a wonderful book about love after life.Trying to get over there deaths and moving on.
