nice fantasy and a little romance. I wanted to like this book but it fell a little flat for me. it was just too little girl fsntasy brought to life. I don't believe at all that a woman brought up in a technological age would be ok sitting around in ball gowns and sipping tea all day. pretty boring existence from someone who planned to be a doctor. and the men were too perfect. too gentleman like. a girl likes that, its just not believable. guess its a good thing this was a fantasy! I received this book free from the author in exchange of an honest review. I thought the book was excellent. It is a clean science-fiction romance, but not as sci-fi as you might imagine. The characters are all mostly humans even though they travel through different dimensions. I found the suspense to be good and the characters were very easy to get to know and like or dislike as the case may be. I find myself wondering about the characters and how they will move forward in the future books.
